Hello everyone,
I have some struggle with the Jira permissions right now. We invited a new agent to our Jira Service Management Project and added him to a custom project role. The project role itself has the following permissions assigned in the permission scheme:
- Serviceproject-Agent
- Assignable User
But for some reason, the Agent is not able to get assigned to an issue. When I check the Permissionhelper it says "Jira Service Management has overridden this permission".
What am I missing?
Check if new agents have assigned JSM license and have Browse permission in project.
