×We are currently testing MS Teams integrations. We are starting to test Assist but also noticed an older app called ChatOps, but what are the differences between the two?
Any ideas?
Cheers!
Hello @Dominik Spescha @Dave Myers @Laura Jackson @Daniele Tagliani ,
Since Halp/Assist is not offered as a product anymore, you may want to use Actioner's ticketing solution instead. It comes with a no-code app builder platform to customize the out-of-the-box, Halp compliant app the way you want.
https://actioner.com/solutions/help-desk
https://actioner.com/support-use-cases
https://actioner.com/app-directory/conversational-ticketing-with-zendesk-47
You can connect it to your ticketing tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk, or use the standalone version. And run all your ticketing and service management actions from Slack. Let me know if you need any help.

We're also trying to recognise the differences between:
What i've understand is that Atlassian ChatOps is intended only for the JSM-Integration (Incident Management Feature).
Knock Knock.. Maybe there are some experts around?

I have also the same question. What is the difference between the now built in Atlassian Assist and Atlassian ChatOps?

Hey folks! Happy to give you a demo of Actioner and answer your questions, if you have any. We have a lot of customers who switched from Halp to Actioner; I believe our product already covers your use case. Please feel free to schedule a demo: https://calendly.com/aysun-ozgun/demo?month=2024-02

Hi All,
Not that I work for Atlassian or anything but I've been using JSM for about a year now. I now know that it works like this..
Atlassian purchased the Halp software and have now included it in JSM licensing as Atlassian Assist. ( I know this because there's a bug with approvals and I was speaking to someone from the Halp support team.)
Halp (chargeable) = Atlassian Assist
I'm now trying to work out what the difference is between all of this and "Jira Cloud" app which seems to be responding when I connect my Service project to teams...
Hope this helps.
