Automation to grant users access

Hi All,

I have an interesting question that was brought to me, I was wondering if anyone has some experience with this? 

Is it possible to create a fully automated system access request form from JIRA cloud that integrates with Azure AD, for example:

• User loads system request form in JIRA
• Selects the access they need and submits
• Request goes to approver (tbd – maybe line manager)
• Once approved there is some automated “magic” between JIra and Azre AD that adds the user to the appropriate access group

It is possible, our application access requests are fully automated. You need an application that can talk to both Jira and in your case Azure AD. We are using tray.io to do that, but I know that Access management for Jira can do it as well.
