How can I fix my automation script that's getting the following error in the Audit log.

Action details:
Error running JQL search to find issues breaching SLA:
"(cf[10377] > 20160m and cf[10377] < 20167m) AND (project in (10016))" - SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

The automation is configured as
Trigger - When: SLA  threshold breached
Criteria -
Custom SLA called Effectiveness Check
will breach in the next 14 days
Then send an email

None of my other automation scripts are having an issue or giving me the same error in the current project or across any of our other project spaces.
Please help. I am a project administrator and an Atlassian administrator.

@Gabrielle Walden-Alves

Are you running this on Cloud, or server? I've only seen certificate issues on Jira server before.

If you're running on Cloud, I would raise this issue with Atlassian support. Based on what you are showing, there aren't any configuration issues which would be causing this error.

Thanks,

Kian

I'm running on Jira Cloud. I will reach out to Atlassian support then.

Thank you!
