Can I embed JSM Chat feature into my website?

Hi,

I want to know if I can embed JSM chat feature onto my websites is it possible?

I see that there is a way to use this chat in teams and slack, but I want to embed this as a separate component on my website like using a JavaScript code snippet or URL want to know if that is possible.

As far as I understand your request, I am thinking of the Widget in JSM. I made one for our vendor's page here:

If so, here is how to make one:

• From your Jira service project, go to Project Settings > Widget.
• Customize your widget as per preference.
• Select Embed code > copy code and paste it to your web page.

Thank you so much for your response.

Sorry if I conveyed it the wrong way, I mean chat in JSM project is like a proper chatbot where I create intents and train the modal to address user queries, so it is kind a conversation using bot.

I want to know if I can embed the chat widget onto my application.

I see. Sorry to disappoint you 😅, but I don't have any suggestions on this. You may want to scroll the Atlassian Marketplace a bit, regarding Chat for Jira/Chat for JSM for a 3rd party plugin.
