How can we integrate ChatGPT and Jira Service Management such that where a customer can have conversation with a bot which is powered by ChatGPT and post discussion a ticket gets created.
Hey @Mayur Gaikwad_Tech PMO! We've been working on exactly this - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1232959/chatgpt-and-ai-agent-for-jira-service-management.
Think you'll find it handy :)
You might not need to, I suggest taking a look at Atlassian Assist (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220442/atlassian-assist?tab=overview&hosting=cloud)
and also Atlassian Intelligence which was announced on Team 23

We've deployed Atlassian Intelligence here via Assist and watching current capabilities of ChatGPT 4o today - Atlassian's product provides very little "modern" value.
Atlassian leaves all the training, designing, and content creation behind the chatbot to you, the admin. Vs simply connecting your users to existing bots that are already trained and can do far more than you could ever train your Atlassian bot to do.
I'm currently looking for the best way to shut off Atlassian Assist and use a custom ChatGPT integration.

Journeys is a brand new feature in Jira Service Management that helps you streamline various processes in your organization that may cross multiple departments, such as employee onboarding or off-boarding that require action from different teams. ✨
