I created a custom field to approve a transition from a ticket request. When I go to the workflow and try to config the approval process, I'm not seeing the custom field in the drop down list of the custom field I created. Why is my custom field not displaying as an option to choose? What am I missing? Thanks.
What type of custom field is it? Approvials only read some types of field.
A text box is not a useful field for approvals, they need fields that contain users.

Thanks. After changing the text box for a multi-user picker, I'm still not seeing my custom field in the config when I check add approval. It's only showing my the CAB as an option.
