In JSM Cloud I've created custom fields for custom issue types. Some of my custom fields appear and some don't. I've checked, re-checked and re-re-re-checked the context settings and the ones that work properly are the same as the ones that don't except for the Custom Field Type: Short Text (Plain Text Only) operates as expected (it only shows up where i want it); but both Select List (Single Choice) and Select List (Multiple Choices) don't show up anywhere despite having the same contexts.
What am I missing?

if your fields don't appear on the agent view, so you need to check the issue screen for project.
