Customer Satisfaction Survey

Who is sent a Satisfaction Survey when an issue is resolved?  Is it the Reporter and all Request Participants?  or just the Reporter?

Hi Anita,

It says in the Project Settings>>Satisfaction Settings that "When you resolve a request, your customer will receive an email asking them to rate and comment on their experience."

So only the customer (reporter) is sent the satisfaction survey.

Is the customer satisfaction survey Anonymous and if not is there a way to make it anonymous?

It is sent to the Reporter.   So automatically know who the person is...
