Hi,
We are preparing a JSM project to which anybody may send an email to create a Ticket.
If somebody, not present in the Jira User Directory, sends an email to Jira he receives in return, by default, an "Activate your Account" mail (see attachment)
Can anyone suggest how to BLOCK this email, we do not want the user to receive it.

In Project Settings ---> Customer Notifications , turn on the option to disable account verification emails.
