Failed to add the following attachment

Hello Community :)

I have a problem with mail request in my customer project.

Is about attachment. When .png or .jpeg is attached as a file to email, everything is correct. I can see picture, and open it.

 

But when same picture is paste inside text/comment then it going to be broken. And then I cant see it.

Do You have any idea how to resolve that problem? I have set max attachment size to 15MB and for sure attachment is not reach limit. I can see reason:

"Failed to add the following attachment to this issue because the file name is invalid", but have no idea how to resolve that.

I am not able to recreate the issue.  How are you copying and pasting the image, are you using an application?

Do you have any browser extensions installed?  Is it happening in all browsers?

We are experiencing the same problem.

The following steps to reproduce:

1. create a picture with Windows Snipping Tool,
2. dont save the picture,
3. copy the image from the snipping tool with Ctrl+C,
4. paste the picture into a mail with Ctrl+V,
5. send the mail.

The problem occurs in a completely random way. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. In our Email Channel logs we see that the mail arrives properly without errors.

Do you have an idea?
