×Hi
My workflow involves adding forms to tickets for the customer/agent to add data into. One of these forms contains a table that the customer can see, but they are not able to enter anything into the table via the portal.
Is this how tables work or is it an issue on my end?
Regards
Hi @Ed Clarke
When adding the form to the issue, the form has to stay open and has to be made externally available.
Then the user is able to edit it via the portal.
The main problem/risk I see here is that the user can also edit the fields set by the agent.
how do you make it externally available? I added the form to my request type which is available on the portal and I allowed it to remain editable but the table is still not editable.
