Hi,

We run the Jira Service Management DataCenter - which is linked (application link) with our confluence.

For each project we have a confluence space linked where agents write instructions/tutorials, and when is possible they share them in the support tickets.

Now we need to find all the tickets where our agents have shared such a link - when they share them, they go into the comments as a preformatted link.

Is there any way of finding this list of tickets? tried by jql comments ~ https://OurConfluence.com but this links are usually preformatted and does not contain an https://etc we have directly the name of the page/instruction like "How to reset your account" which is a link.... but there are tons of links and names.

We also have Scriptrunner if this helps.

I need this for a specific project...

@Ram Kumar Aravindakshan _Adaptavist_ - any ideea here?

Thanks.
