I have seen the new feature for forms within JSM and they look great, I have a question that I cannot find an answer to, are you able to assign a form to a specific status in a workflow (a lot like the escalated status)
For Example - a customer reports an issue with our software and we have fixed this in a later version, however they dont/cant upgrade at the moment but need the fix, so we need to collect specific information from them to justify the extra work to back port this request.
Is it possible to post the form to them once it enters a specific status in teh workflow?

From the settings option available in form builder as of now we can add only during request creation.
So it isn't possible as far as I see.
