Just a heads up: On March 24, 2025, starting at 4:30pm CDT / 19:30 UTC, the site will be undergoing scheduled maintenance for a few hours. During this time, the site might be unavailable for a short while. Thanks for your patience.
×I'm trying to add an automation so when a form is create will send a notification but I don't have the option to add a trigger, "Forms submitted", why is this? Thanks
I tried to do this: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/forms-using-automation-to-notify-a-user-when-a-form-has-been-submitted-on-an-issue-1319246880.html, maybe there is another way.
Hello @Sara
The "Form Submitted" trigger is available only if you are creating the rule within a Service Management project.
If you are creating a Global rule or creating a rule from within another type of project, that trigger is not available.
