Group and Product Access

I would like help with the following point.

When I give administrative access to a user through the site-admin groups, they receive access to the products but are not included in the default groups of each product, is there the possibility of making this configuration?

This can't be done.

Not to my knowledge, as site admin can be used to just give members access to product, but they don't need it.

In this case I need this data because I will create a report based on permission groups, and when admin users do not belong to the group I will not be able to see the licenses consumed.
