Hello,
some users of our help desk are not able to see pictures anymore.
If I open the same page, pictures are displayed.
We tried to clean the cache, but didn't help.
Any idea?
Hi @Julian Reichle , are these pictures uploaded as attachment on the Confluence page of the Knowledge Base Space? Or are they embedded from another location?
When you say that some users cannot see the pictures, are you talking about Agents (with a JSM license) or Customers (visiting the portal)?

You'll need to effectively add those pictures as attachment to the page and insert them to the page afterwards.
