Hi @Pavan Kumar Tatavarti ,

You can set this up using the approval step in your workflow.

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-an-approval-stage-for-a-request/

The person(s) on the Approvers will be able to Approve/reject the request from either the portal or as an Agent.
