How can I copy or clone an existent custom field that has a lot of multiple select options?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to copy or clone an existent custom field that has a lot of multiple select option values?
I already created one (TH Unit --> TH Device name) but I will need lets say 5 more (TH Unit --> TH Device name #2 - TH Unit --> TH Device name #3 - TH Unit --> TH Device name #x) with the same values and information as the 1st one but since there are more than 200 values that a user can select, I don't want to created 5 different custom fields with those 200 values each.
Can someone knows how to do it?
