My customer reported that the invitation EMAIL was not received and I cannot find how to resend for him, can you let me know how to do it?

Currently, this is not possible - Atlassian have an open feature request for this that you can vote and watch: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-2296
As a workaround, if the user hasn't logged any tickets, can you delete them and re-add them to generate the email again?

What if I'm stilllll not getting it? I have setup a vanilla gmail account to work as a test customer but I'm not getting the invite email.
