How do you export a list of Organisations?

I'm trying to export a basic list of all of the Organisations set up with my service project. However, I can't seem to find out how to do this? Filters seem to only allow details where issues have been created. I just want a list of all Organisations.

I think you can do with API scope :

Is this aimed more at developers?

I'm just an admin user, so only have access via the Jira UI/site. I was hoping this would be something that could be done simply through the filter route.
