We have one custom field named "All Comments". So what we are trying to achieve here is to copy all the comments in the issue to the custom field and when we export the issue to "Excel CSV All fields" all the comments need to shown in the custom field sequentially it appears along with the author names who commented instead of their id in the excel sheet.
Suppose if I have commented in the issue it should as Jakeer- comment added in the excel sheet similarly if user added the comment it should show User- comment along with the date and time.
How can we achieve this? Any suggestions will be more helpful

We are trying this is to separate the comments who have commented in the ticket.
There can be internal and external comments as well. so if we copy all the comments in to a custom field then we can seperate the comments who added either the agent or the user.
If agent have commented in the issue it should as Jakeer- comment added in the excel sheet similarly if user added the comment it should show User- comment along with the date and time.
