How to pre-fill form fields of the request?

I want to use service management request forms to pre-fill issue fields. All forms' fields are linked to jira issue's field. Default answers are given in the form, but in the request form the values doesn't show up. Is there any workaround this bug?

Expected: request form fields are pre-filled, as below.

How it is: request form fields are not pre-filled (even if form fields have default answers given), as below.

Default answer and Linked jira field.

Workaround: do not use the form and just set default issue fields values, it will be shown in the request form in the customers portal.

@Ignas Selvestravičius

without having experience on this one that seems like a proper bug.

I'd suggest raising it with https://support.atlassian.com/contact to raise it on the official channel so it can be tracked and fixed.

I experienced the same with Drop Down and Radio Button fields defaulting to an answer too using the new form.

In the preview mode, it defaults properly, but after we deployed the changes, the default answer is not shown in the JSM portal.

I will open a ticket as well.  Thanks!
