How to track incoming mail request

HI,

We are using Jira Cloud

I want to track and audit incoming mail request.i have sent mail to Jira cloud using default mail handler.but i don't know what's happened after email sent.Please any one suggest how to track or where we see our requests.

@SARAVANAKUMAR , I have moved your request to JSD questions based upon your tags. If that is inaccurate please let me know.

i am guessing that you are having an issue with JSD requests by email. Can you share a screenshot or details of how you have set this up?

here i have placed what i did in incoming mail settings page.now i have sent mail to this jira@abbviescto.atlassian.net .but i am not getting any response and issue also not created .please suggest to track this.

It appears that you are using the JSW incoming mail handler here. If you are working w/ JSD please set up the incoming email channel in project > project settings > email requests. Read more here - receiving-requests-by-email
