Hello people,
I'm looking for an integration between Jira Service Management and SharePoint that allows the agent to easily send an 'upload attachment link' to the customer.
Use case: requesting attachments larger than the cloud attachment limit.
If not using SharePoint, does anyone have another smart solution for this?
Thank you!
Hi @Inas Ait-Salah this may or not be a solution for you, but I found this KB article from Atlassian about attachments: Jira attachments
If you're currently at the default, increasing the size might help. But as mentioned in the article, Jira isn't designed to be a file repository. We actually have a separate File Repository for large amounts of files.
Hope that helps.
Hey @Dan Breyen
thank you. We know about the size increasement, but thats not enough. We need it for Jira Service Management for the customer portal to exchange files with customers. Is there an app maybe ike sharepoint conector which can do this?

Journeys is a brand new feature in Jira Service Management that helps you streamline various processes in your organization that may cross multiple departments, such as employee onboarding or off-boarding that require action from different teams. ✨
