×Hello, we have 10 agents in our Standard subscription for Jira Service Management, we have just changed to a monthly pay and we'll need a couple of more licenses in the next days, how should we proceed to increase this? If we just granted new users will be automatically reflected in the billing, or do we need to communicate this other way. Thanks

It is per agent per month. If you add an agent now, you will get the new price on your next monthly billing. Check the billing section for more details on what your bill is:

You will be billed for the amount of license you use. No need to formally request this.
You can just grant more users the JSM access and you will be charged for it
