Is it possible to create a Service Management, Customer Portal with Calendar View?

I want to create a Customer Portal that let the user book themselves on training.

You can have a custom field for training date selection.  You would not be able to control what dates are selected.  I would suggest having a custom field with the training options listed and then having them just select the training that they want.  you can then deactivate the training options that have passed.  Their is not a calendar that you could populate and then have them choose from in the native application.
