Is it possible to create new fields for a Service

Create a service | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support

With a introduction of a Service concept inside ITSD projects we consider to use it for our Service catalog.

However current fields that can be filled are very few and limited, we would like to store all sorts of additional information about the service.

So is it possible to add custom fields to this Service entity?

Currently there isn't a way to add extra fields to the "create service" form. Only default fields
