The short answer is no, the URL cannot be changed after the request is created, unless you move the issue to a different JSM project that the customer have access to.

By default it is NO. What is your reasoning on your need to change the URL. What URL are you referring to? Please advise.

My question probably doesn't make sense because I could not upload a screenshot. Not the URL to the created ticket. The URL that pops up that says "back to help center"
