Hi Community,
I had changed my JIRA SM cloud URL today and post that when I go to JIRA Project Settings-> Automation, I am getting the below error:
I am doing some PoC with a Free JIRA (3 User) instance due to move to standard Tier next week and since I wanted to correct a typo in URL, I had temporarily moved to standard and back. I am now not able to access the many rules i had created as part of the PoC as it does not allow me to go into that.
Please help me!!
Regards,
Krishna
Just to keep all updated, the issue was fixed by Atlassian. It was duplicate Key creation issue for site due to change in URL, which Atlassian fixed easily.
Hi,
I'm also experiencing this problem and cannot create automation within a project because of this.

Tried clicking on contact support and got another error-
"Nonce Verification Failed"
No clue how to move ahead.

Hi Krishna,
Sorry to hear you haven't been able to access your automation rules! It’s best if you raise this problem through the support portal at https://getsupport.atlassian.com/ so the team can take a closer look.
Cheers,
Charlie

Hi Charlie,
Thank you for the advise.
I tried, but unfortunately being in Free license currently limits my ability to get Atlassian Support other than community.
So @atlassianteam - Please help

Krishna!
