Sorry for the delay in reply, essentially i click configure widget and then presented with this error, forever.

Thank you for the screenshot, Andy. This is indeed a known issue and to fix that, we must escalate the issue to our dev team.
As we will need to check personal information to escalate the issue, I opened a ticket with our support and they will do this escalation.
You should have received a notification and soon someone will contact you.
