Ciao, 

vorrei sapere come togliere la frase  come possiamo aiutarti all'interno del mio portale di service desk? 
è tra la descrizione che ho scritto io, e il tipo di richiesta. è una frase che non ho scritto io, che c'era già.... e non mi piace. qualcuno riesci ad aiutarmi?

Hi @julia casagrande I don't know exactly what you are seeing without a screenshot, but are your referring to the Home Page Title?  As an Administrator on the main portal page, you can click the 'Customize' button in the upper right hand corner and change the title.

If you're referring to your "Introduction Text", this as well as your Portal Name can be changed in your Project Settings under "Channels & self service / Portal".  On the Portal Configuration tab, you should be able to change those two items.

I may not be understanding what you are trying to change, if so, could you post a screenshot?
