Must a Custom Email Account Be linked or could forwarding emails to the Atlassian.net email requests address work?
Best case scenario, we’d setup support@, service@ and hr@ all to be received in one inbox and forward to each respective portal.
@Guy Renko You can forward emails to the Atlassian emails but the user will receive emails from the Atlassian email address.
Seems like the problem may be Google Workspace.
I can get the main email address, support@domain.com to forward support@domian.atlassian.net
but I can't get the alias service@domain.com to forward to service@domian.atlassian.net and I can't get the alias hr@domain.com to forward to hr@domain.atlassian.net.
For whatever reason, the filter wasn't to forward all emails to the default support rule.

If you just email service@domian.atlassian.net does the email go through to the service desk associated with that email address?

If you just email service@domian.atlassian.net, it goes into the default email support@domian.atlassian.net and not the alias email service@domian.atlassian.net
