I am trying to establish SSO between Jira and Azure AD. Before purchasing the app: "mO Jira OAuth SSO, Jira OpenID Connect SSO, Jira OIDC SSO", I just want to confirm that is this app pricing has some specific no. of users allowed for SSO access. Or the pricing model simply allows all the users coming form Azure AD?
I have attached snapshot of the app name below.
Along with my original question, can you also answer some other questions regarding this app.
Initially when I was subscribing the app, I needed to create SSO between Azure AD and Jira. However, after subscribing to the app. I found that I now need to also purchase Atlassian Access Product. Is it necessary to purchase both in order to establish the SSO?

Yes, it is necessary to purchase both to establish the SSO. As our solution works on top of Atlassian Access, it is a pre-requisite.
Answering your question about the number of users:
>>The plugin follows Atlassian's Licensing model. According to it, the app's user tier must match the user tier of your host application. For e.g.- Let's say you have 500 users in Jira. You will have to purchase a license of 500 users for the app.
