Hi guys,
I was wondering if there is any way to send an email notification to JSM portal customers when a new knowledge base article is added/published to a project they have visibility of.
I didn't find anything useful in the notification schema and in automation rules neither.
Should I manually write an announcement in the portal each time? Is there any smarter and automated way?

There is a way to automatically send a notification. I wonder if a possible solution would be to have your announcement banner point to a here’s what is new KB and therein include release-note-like references to new articles.
It's a good point, I will make some tries in that direction to see if it could work.
