Hello all,
We are a servicedesk with about 2000 customers in it, that is being synced from AzureAD from our own local AD. Fields (phone number and other fields) are filled in on the AAD but I cannot find how to show them in Jira.
For a servicedesk is should be really easy to for example hover over a customer name and see a phone number and email (which already shows). Or maybe on a different way.
We use the cloud version of Jira.
Many thanks in advance.

Hello, are the Azure users synced with the Jira Users? In that case you can't change which fields will be visible because you are only populating the fields that Atlassian uses.
There are multiple CRM tools that would be a lot better at tracking customer information that the Atlassian user management as it's designed to manage users and not customers.

Hello @Zoi Raskou thank you for taking your time.
Yes correct, our Jira cloud is being synced. We have a AD group named: WAGGROUP_Everyone which includes everyone of our AD, and that group is being synced to Jira.
By customers I mean the collegues that are being synced from that group.

Hi Erik,
I would suggest looking another integration with Azure AD and possibly a CRM or HR tool (I know Insight can integrate with Azure quite well) to grab this information, as Atlassian only pulls the name, email, timezone, and group memberships as far as I remember.
