Hello,
I'm not sure what is going on here, but when we receive an issue with an attachment it looks terrible in Jira. Spending lot of time just to navigate through the issue just to read it properly. Is this something we can adjust from our end? or something we have to deal with it?
Not sure what is the point of having ticketing system while I have to check my email to look at the original ticket there just to read it. Replying back to these emails are disastrous too :)
I'm so tired of cleaning up each ticket I get. HELP!!

Hi @baraaabbas
How is the customer raising requests? Are they sending you a HTML email?
Why would you want to see a big banner of information in your Jira Request?
Where is the actual request?
You could ask the customer to send an image instead of all the HTML alternatively take a look at this Creating Issues and comments from email link:

Hi, @Mike Bowen
I'm not sure how to ask all of our vendors and external clients to send their emails in a certain way? Many companies uses HTML in email signatures, disclaimers, privacy footers, etc.
Thanks!

Hi @baraaabbas
Well, unless you do it will be a problem. Maybe provide your customers with some ground rules when raising problems...
OR
You can stop this by simply inviting your customers to a Customer Portal to raise requests via a form. The customer will only enter in the required information and nothing else. You will receive a clean request with just the problem and you'll be happy.
