Remove prefix in subject email from JSD

I am getting a prefix "Newsletter / Marketing:" before <IssueKey> in the email subject. How to change it?

As an admin, go to the email settings and remove the prefix (it's in global admin for plain Jira and in the "email channel" settings for Service Desk)

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist-  please can you share the steps. I am not able to find global admin and email channel.
