I have a problem:
1. User 1 (Customer) creates an issue in the service desk project. User 1 can be any employee of the company.
2. The issue is performed by user 2 or 3
3. Final status - verification by the customer. In this case, the issue should be checked by User 1 and put it in the Ready or Reject status, but he cannot do this and receives a message: You cannot change the status of this task.
4. How can I fix this?
You might want to add an approval step while transitioning to one of statuses "Ready" or "Reject" while one of your agents moves to the review status add reporter as approver.
