Hello,
I 'm trying to find out how to report time spent by "Organization" in JSM monthly.
I found a gadget for that, but It only appears "Informer". How can I add "Organization" instead of "informer" in that report?
Or maybe another eas
Thanks for your help!
Hi @Maribel Pinillos ,
If you are looking for the time spent in status(e.g "waiting for support" time ) per organization then you can use Status Time Jira app developed by our team. By default it displays time spent on each status for each issue. But it has grouping feature in which you can get sum/average time spent on statuses per organization. Just select "Report type: Sum" and "Group by organization" as in the below screenshot.
Here is the online demo link, you can see it in action and try without installing the app.
If you are looking for a free solution, you can try the limited version Status Time Free. Hope it helps.

How do you measure "Time spent" exactly in your Jira Service Management projects?
Is it time between certain statuses or time to reach SLA?

In that case, you could import "Organization" as separate dimension and use to filter the eazyBI reports with "hours spent" measure which would sum the logged hours in report.

Hi @Maribel Pinillos
Do you use Jira time logs? If yes, than I would recommend you to try our tool: Worklogs - Time Tracking and Reports, you can check it out here.
Worklogs allows you to create custom reports of the time logged by your Jira users. You can filter out time logs related only to your JSM or group of people. We also have a dashboard gadget. Hope it helps!
