Request for a new feature visible to everyone

Hello,

Is it possible to set a new feature request visible to everyone in the organization without the need of adding a person to "shared with" in order for them to see it?

Are you talking about the Banner in Jira to showcase the message to the Users or you mean Issue type?

=> Go to System => Announcement banner => You can write the information or links whichever you want to showcase to the User.

=> Before that try this is Sandbox and then implement in production.

In my case we are talking about the feature request which comes via Help Desk. For now it (showed in the pic) is only visible for people added to "shared with". We are trying to find the way that this request is visible to everyone by default.
