Service Desk Customers without Service Desk Customer - Portal security type

Hi

There are around 800 users with the Service Desk Customer role on our project. About 50 of those do not appear to be granted the Service Desk Customer - Portal Access security type.

 

  • How can I manually grant those 50 customers the Portal Access security type?
  • In the future how can I ensure all Customers on my project have the portal access security type when they're added as customers?

Hi Jose. Yes, I'm using the default project roles - AFAIK Service Desk Customer is one of those.
