I'd like to setup a new help desk project for another product and would like to copy the current service request workflow and setup I have for our current service project.
Is it possible to duplicate a project, but it would be for a different product and dev / service desk group?
Thanks
If your JSM project is Company Managed, you sure can. Even better, when you create a new project, you can do so with shared settings. When creating your new project, select the option share settings with an existing project and select the project you would like to use as your source project:
This will not just copy everything over, but share the issue types, workflows and screens with the original project.
Permission and notification schemes are shared too, but you can freely add different people to the Service Desk Customer and Team roles of your newly created project to create different access.
Hope this helps!
That is really helpful! Thank you. Can you share after you create the project or just when creating new project? Don't see the share option on the project already created.
Again Thanks!

The option is a step in the creation process of a new project. You don't find it from an existing project indeed. Just follow these steps:
The screenshot I included illustrates that last step. It is there that you can select a project that you want to use as your source project.
