Hello,
in an automation i create a new service request and want to insert a link in a comment with the customer URL of this created service request. Any ideas?
I thought there is maybe a smart value like {{createdIssue.customer.url}} but it's working.

Thank you!
Its not working for my use case, because i'll get the customer-url of the trigger issue and not the one i created in the automation.

Hi @Markus Kleinschmidt ,
If you apply a branch with last created issue and then an action with the smart value. Will it work?
