Status Change - Field Drop Down

Hi there,

when changing a Status, there is a drop down coming, where I can enter a messsage to the customer or add an internal comment. Where can I set up this drop down and can I also prevent the system from asking me to fill that in and just set the next status?

This is what we call a transition screen.

It is added in the workflows between two status.

By default the transition screen comes with "comments".

I'm not sure yoi can disable them. The only way I see is not to have a transition screen.

how can I disable the transtion screen? I didn't find any options in the workflow-designer..
