Testing Data Manager

Hi 

I'm testing Data manager in assets and in the step off executing the job it give me this error and i don't know how to fix it.  Thank you in advance. 

An error occurred while calling the server to get the platform's version.

We couldn't verify your token. Ensure your token is correct and not expired.

I just create the token and it's valid

Hi @julia_gracia 

Best is to contact Atlassian Support in this case to see what is going on.

Only other option is create a new token and use a simple text editor to make sure no spaces and or enters are specified.

I am getting the same error, and I am sure the jobname, token and workspace ID are correct.

Did you get this to work?

Hi Jules, I had a problem with my Workspace ID i put the correct one a it worked
