Good afternoon:
We want to create a help center for one section or area and another for another. Is it possible to have two help centers in the same instance?
Thank you very much in advance,
best regards
Hi @Luis alejandro Deobarro Navarro ,
This is not possible OOTB. you could develop your own web site and use the APIs or consider an addon app. I assume that having separate portals under a single Help. Enter is not acceptable.
You could have separate section but always connected with the same instance, if you want to have 2 different help centers you must have 2 difference instances

Good morning:
Thank you very much for the reply. I have expressed myself badly. The idea is to have two web portals within the same instance. This is so that some projects can be seen in one portal and other projects in another portal.
Best regards

Hi @Luis alejandro Deobarro Navarro , just to get terminology out of the way first...
If you wish to have a unique Portal for a given customer then you can create a unique project for this customer. In so doing, only those customers listed in that project will have access to that Portal. Moreover, those customers will not be able to see other portals/Projects for which they do not have access.
In short, while all of your customers will be able to access the Help Center they will only see projects/portals that they are give permission to access.
I hope this helps.

Good morning:
Thank you very much for the information you have provided.
Yes, it has helped me a lot. It is what we thought, but sometimes, when you ask you get surprises of things you didn't know.
Best regards
