Upgrading and migrating Service Management Insight Objects/Data from version 4.16.0

We have Jira Insight version 4.16.0 running on a server.  We want to move this to a new server (and upgrade it).  Are there any procedures or tools for moving the data?  Do we upgrade the existing server to the latest Service Management version then Backup/Restore the entire Insight DB?  Are there any tools that we should consider to facilitate a move to another server?  Any doc or info is appreciated!

You cannot. The Atlasian Server platform was sunsetted in February.

You'll need to migrate to Atlassian Cloud or Data Center.

Sorry, mis typed.  It's installed on a SERVER it's using Service Management on Data Center
