Hello, I created an automation that creates subtasks, I would like that when the subtasks of the current problem (same project) are completed, the main issue is moved to the next status. Is it possible to do this?
I tried to do it this way but no action was taken:
Hi @Kauana Rodrigues dos Santos ,
Reviewing your use case, the problem as I see it is to define "Next" status.
I don't see and option to set the next status in the workflow.
If you need to write complex code to determine the logic, you may try Power Scripts for Jira, which provides you with a very simple language and powerful handy routines to make your scripting easier.
Now, if you just want to create a rule that when a sub-task from a certain project is transitioned to a status (DONE for example), then the parent of that sub-tasks gets transitioned to a certain status (like To-do , or "ANALISE MIDDLE" as you show in your screen shot, then you'll need to do the following so the rule work as expected.
I've tested it and it works.
Thank you, and have a great day.
Hector
I'll take a look at the plugin. Would it be an improvement to Jira Automate?
With this plugin, is it possible to simply leave a status transition visible from the request type or not? Today I face some difficulties with Jira's native configurations.

Also, thanks for getting back to me. I took the test and it worked.
