i want to send JQL result as a attached Excel/pdf file to subscription so that receiver of email should not log in into JIRA and just open up excel/pdf file to see result
Welcome to the community. You just need to create and save your JQL as a saved filter, and then grant your users with View right of your filter. Afterward, your users can then subscribe to the filter and set his/her option on how often to receive the notification.
Each user will need to log into JIRA first to setup his/her subscription initially. Once it is set, they will not be required to log in to JIRA.

Atlassian keeps postponing the delivery of Automation for Jira Cloud extensibility, however, that would make it possible to ship apps like Better Excel Automation. That would also fit your use case well.
Please vote for the feature request in Atlassian's system and tell them in comments how important that would be for you: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-10966

Thanks @Levente Szabo _Midori_ for help but the Plugin which you mentioned(Better Excel Automation) is not supported for JIRA Cloud. Could you please share any plugin which support JIRA Cloud Version, Thanks

Looks like my comment wasn't clear, sorry. What I'm saying is that Atlassian doesn't support automation by third-party apps at all, in general. It means that there is no third-party automation app that supports Jira Cloud, because it is not possible to build such an app that adds actions to Automation for Jira Cloud.
That's why I asked you to vote on the feature request above. Thanks!
